Believing that… “The history of the body is longer then any culture.”, has fueled a parallel trajectory of my life path, bridging dance and sexuality with shamanic practice. Visioning the body as a source of knowledge.

Following a professional Modern Dance career in New York City, I continued pioneering dance in Australia for twenty years. Developing an innovative approach to teaching non-stylistic form of dance was instrumental in teaching movement that spans cultural borders from a performative collaboration with Sydney’s Capoeira community, instigating Urban Tribal Dance at Sydney Dance Company’s studios, a rural Maasai village in Kenya, to Sexy Spirits in New York City.

Residing in Arizona as an apprentice for 15 years on the Sweet Medicine Sundance Path she has explored levels of the Sacred Sexuality teachings of Quodoushka.

Personal practice influenced and studied with Nagual Lujan Matus in Thailand & Costa Rica and Mexico.

M.A. in Dance, Certified Movement Therapist, NLP Practitioner. follower of Body/ mind Centering principles , Contact Improvisation, Iyengar Yoga and Aikido, Capoeira, Kung Fu Martial Arts.

She further integrates her movement practice for people with Disabilities with the belief that everyone can access more comfort and ease in their body through embodiment. Her mastery as a teacher and consultant has moved in settings of cross cultural performance, Shelters for the homeless, Community performances, Family Planning and Health, Social Ecology, Boys and Moving Men classes, sensuality and empowerment for woman.

My focus now is on the “Radical Undoing” of yourself.

   I am the Body’s ally.

Everybody has a Body and needs an ally.
